Final File Delivery Policy
At Designers Chamber, we strive to ensure high-quality designs that meet our clients' expectations. Below is the policy regarding the delivery of final files:
1. Submission of Required Files
1.1 Technical Specifications
The designer must ensure that all submitted files meet the client's technical specifications, such as dimensions, resolution, and file formats. Accepted formats include: PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG, and others based on project requirements.
1.2 Quality and Accuracy
All files must be high-resolution and free of any errors or technical defects. The submitted designs should precisely reflect what was agreed upon with the client.
1.3 Source Files
The designer must provide the original source files of the design unless otherwise agreed upon with the client. This includes Photoshop, Illustrator, or any other design software files used.
2. File Delivery Process
2.1 File Upload
All files must be uploaded and delivered exclusively through the Designers Chamber platform, or through any delivery method facilitated by Designers Chamber. No other delivery methods are permitted.
2.2 Naming and Organization
All delivered files should be well-organized and clearly named to make it easy for the client to understand the content of each file and use it correctly.
2.3 Review and Approval
The client will review the files to ensure they meet all requirements. If any adjustments or improvements are needed, the designer will be asked to make the necessary changes.
3. Ownership and Usage Rights
3.1 Transfer of Rights
Upon receipt and approval of the files by the client, intellectual property rights to the design are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Commercial Use
The client has the right to use the designed files for commercial or personal purposes as agreed upon in the contract. The designer is not permitted to reuse or sell the design to a third party without the client's consent.
4. Technical Issues and Revisions
4.1 Technical Issues
If there are any technical issues with the delivered files (such as incorrect dimensions or low quality), the designer must correct these issues and resubmit the files as soon as possible.
4.2 Minor Revisions
The client is entitled to request minor revisions to the design after receiving it, provided these revisions fall within the agreed-upon scope of work.
5. Support and Communication
We are here to support you every step of the way. If you encounter any difficulties with file delivery or need additional assistance, you can reach the Designers Chamber support team via email or phone listed on the website.
